Private debt funding like with a Macquarie bank for 100m and/or another ECA in Europe or SK up to 300m, 10% sale of project 230m (based on NPV of $2.3b), maybe equity to raise maximum 200m.
Plus the Australian Governmnet could kick in more $ with the critical minerals facility.
