    That is true... but there could be many factors where they feel extra cash will be needed in the short to medium term such as to secure reliable raw material to fulfil requirements for larger binding offtake deals (hopefully). Also as the cost of money moves higher and risk aversion increases it may be good insight to lock in some extra cash. All speculation though. What I can say is that it seems to be a very common theme to follow a good announcement with a cr these days to get a better average, but as the price didn't hold up, maybe they may rethink it. I guess if they do go through with a cr and also decide to throw in some free options into the deal it may be an interesting proposition. As I hold, my preference would always be that they do not dilute though.
