Would it make sense to build a metal plant in Vietnam?

There is many articles like this one

Apparently, Vietnam’s labour costs are half of china’s, how on earth does Dubbo compete with that?

No wonder the KCF have gone quiet on the framework agreement. Vietnam will now be the main supplier of oxides into South Korea moving forward and we will process it, hence the rare earth processing ‘cluster ‘ in South Korea, we will have plenty of plants in South Korea I reckon.

Probably explains the SP tanking, insiders knew Vietnam were now the priority for feedstock, the high SP in the past was based on Dubbo progressing, but as we we know Dubbo will not be up and running until at least 2027 was it? Makes sense why the EPCD wasn’t progressed with aswel, why spend $50m on that when you can build another plant with $60m profit per year.

All lines up now and matches ASM’s timeline changes this year.

Metal plants are the priority, build 5 of them and we have $300m profit per year and a market cap of what, $3bn - $4bn? $$$$$$$$
