Setopia has an exclusive contract with VTRE, so it's probable that the agreement between ASM and VTRE was conditional their (Setopia's) approval. I think it's most likely that Setopia are looking to take over the KMP, but want to see it running at a higher capacity before attempting to do so. If that's the case then they'll probably enforce their exclusive contract with VTRE once this agreement terminates. I recall IG referring to KCF as his dear friends, or something along those lines. I hope he, and the rest of management, have learned a lesson from this – don't trust anyone until binding agreements have been signed, because money talks and they'll take everything they can from you at the first chance they get.
