anything's possible but I can't see how they can prevent ASM from making deals with other miners and also landing sales in US and Europe. However, ASM could have had avoided such threat (if there is any) if they did CR when the SP was in the clouds.

Now ASM is walking on thin ice as if they don't land any sales then they can run out of money and lot of oxides seating on the ground. Self-inflicted wounds.
But reading their Q report, it seems they are closing on a deal or two. So, things may brighten up for them.
