So they're probably yet to determine what 60% of their needs actually looks like. The announcement also states that the supply expects to commence in 2024... that could be January (min. 5 months away) or December (14 months away). So a muted response to market is fair enough in terms of gains, but consistently stronger volume will help build a base for future price growth from future offtakes with more transparent and near term deliverables.
