Digesting this announcement a bit further ....
Likely , being owned by ASM as a singular ( forget the 5% owned by the Chief Technical Officer for all intents and purposes) ASX listed entity , makes it more commercially "palatable"for companies wanting to buy into Offtakes/ Licencing the technology ...and additionally , if EFA FUNDING is forthcoming and /or a JV funding deal is set up between two Government Agencies .
Allround ---much cleaner .....but whichever way it is shaken and stirred , a big big big plus for ASM.
Like has happened before ---the day after the Announcement , is when the share price seems to get traction .
