This has answered a question I have put to Clem a couple of times. Given our new strategic change in direction with an emphasis on accommodation, I could not see how they could consider an acquisition for the Aspen Group if that property/business could have been beneficial to Aspen Parks as well without some serious conflict of issue problems. It would appear now they will eventually hold the majority of shares Aspen Parks and may in my view move to try and buy out the remaining shares or do an equity swap so as the group becomes one complete entity with the associated benefits of an increase in scale brings.
