Not sure this is any way comparable to Bauer buying ACP.
Judge it on ASP's merits and financials.
It's been unloved, when churning out solid results.
The monthly chart looks pretty good, I doubt we get another run like 04 - 07 as there isn't a genuine mining boom, but Commodities are breaking out and plenty of interest in the mining sector, so maybe things are lining up.
