I think that the most interesting and important part of this announcement was the photo. We have our new MD getting a state photo opportunity with the President and the environment minister. These are politically the heaviest hitters in the country. If they are onboard with Aspire (which they obviously seem to be) then I think that we've been rubber stamped to push forward. It can't be long now as everyone sees the opportunity at hand.
