Looks like a considered or pleasantly opportunistic accumulation of largely WA assets.
Like the port situation, waiting for yet more WA infrastructure to catch-up with ASQ's and the State's growth.
Then the luxury of choice will be between:
adding productive hard hats to the existing and articulate silk ties
making highly profitable disposals.
entering into more advantageous JV, or similar, arrangements
Likely positives of going with the flow on an admittedly fast moving river.
