I haven’t thought about it a great deal, but let’s take your $10 mill p/a of revenue as a base case - we have to factor in costs.
We have no guidance on costs, but let’s say $6m p/a costs leaving $4m p/a earnings. These are all ballpark guesses - just for illustration sake.
The current company valuation is around $17m and with $4m p/a would could maybe expect a valuation closer to $40 million so I would suggest best case share price on this deal would be just over double the current SP to about 12c-15c.
