Cubanpete,
Don't forget there is plus 20m tax saving via accumulated losses.
Ie red5 goes into profit. Buy asr for 30m absorb accumulated losses and claim 20m tax deduction.
Tenaments, gold, tarmoola station, bullionfx holdings cost 10m then.
Its not just Tensnents, but red5 saves on exploration money already spent to advance the leases.
All companies making money want to save tax.
To me there gold is worth 10m as feed for koth atleast.
Its close and red5 does have spare capacity to treat it without any cost to them on capex.
Asr is undervalued to the right suitor.
Also miners like to buy up leases around them.
Red5 over many years will have plus 1b cash to spend. Now they either pay dividends, buy back capital or buy up resources to increase koth LOM or boost production / and lower cost per oz.
