I don’t think anyone who had a contrary view to you and the rah rah crew was looking for your “pity” or anyone else’s for that matter.
The point being made is all negative or contrary views (mine included) of management, the project, the company and its performance were shut down as whinging down rampers.
It’s now proven that regardless of your opinion at the time “we” were correct.
This isn’t a told you so post. It’s an “open you eyes” to listening to opposing opinions and considering them before making a decision or hitting the reply button.
I know from my time invested here I tried to do that and appreciated some of the posts that challenged my views and opinions and as a result probably stuck around a bit longer than I would have without those opposing views of the “potential” we had here.
However when repeatedly shut down and accused of down ramping or laughed at for admitting to losing money it gets a bit pointless.
These forums don’t work if you can’t have a dialogue without resorting to shouting at each other.
