Just like we were promised Mt Stirling MRE upgrade last year with multiple delays, and when it was released it was a pile of crock! So with this mob, when something is delayed numerous times, it is time to start worrying. So REE assays are probably not so good hence they are late in releasing them to the market in time! This is the trait of this company!
