What the hell am i hearing?????. The board are going to give themselves performance shares????? what is going on here??? this must not be allowed.This is their job??? They are already getting Loads, i mean Loads of money in remuneration and it is their job to us shareholders to do their job. Why would they need performance shares to do a better job??? This must be stopped. Loading themselves up with performance shares whilst us shareholders get nothing. No way must shareholders vote for this to go ahead. The Board must immediately remove this for directors. Maybe for contractor payments but DEFINATELY NOT FOR DIRECTORS. If the directors are smart and want to keep the peace, they must immediately withdraw this form going ahead. What are they thinking???. Believe me, i will be commencing a big campaign against this. Ive had enough wit directors handing themselves handouts like this. You are paid handsomely to do a job, so do it and stop rewarding yourselves for NO RESULTS. Perform with the Wages you are already getting. I suggest everyone show their dissatisfaction to the board like i am doing now. THIS MUST NOT GO AHEAD
