What you say is true. What can be added is that the golden tringle in S Americas is cursed with an outmoded extraction model. Of course they will come up with better methods and quite possibly already have but this will add to the cost. "Green lithium" will first be the preferred method while the world has to take what it can get and the required method when it has more options. Dare I mention that LTR is pretty far ahead on the green road.
