Some posters are now fretting about the SPP not being fully subscribed to. This is what will happen in that case... any shortfall will most likely be placed with a fund or insto. They were keen to get in at $2 on the initial placements but likely some ( many?) were not offered a seat at the table. Unloading any shortfall from the SPP will be taken up in the blink of an eye.
