    I’m not the director signing off on announcements saying they’ve cracked the case with assays to be released shortly, followed with announcements months later saying they in fact haven’t, and can’t.
    That’s almost the definition of incompetent and unreliable, so hardly harsh words from me.
    Also, where’s the market/price sensitive IPT report?
