Depends how one interprets that information. It clearly states the depth Vale had previously drilled is considerably deeper then this drilling deposit round but they are recognising as depth increases the quality is increasing. Depth adds time and cost but they are planning on further tests.
Don't get trapped looking for the 'pot of gold', the results show high-quality options at accessible levels.
You may be correct in the market not moving but with CTM, even good news often doesn't move the needle. Constant good news like the above will see us at 2c+ by the end of the year.
