But I have to say, in defense of the sellers that AW1 is not your average copper play.

A newbie to the thread first of all has to wrap his head around the Arctic Circle, then around seasonal work mainly in summer, then around DSO, and around supply ships on the North West Passage, etc. Not everyone could or would be prepared for that DD before entry.

I encourage them to stick it out, the rewards will be stupendous if all the stars align.
