Had a quick look back at MM drill results at various depths, they had what they called significant intercept 92m @ 1.54% from 56m, 139m @1.69% from 116m and 186m @ 1.82% from 95m cut off grades 0.3%
Widgie initial results vary in purity and are at shallow depth but we are hitting 1.49%, 1.05%, 0.99%, 1.76%, 1.02%, 1.58%,1.01%,0.88%,0.91% and 1.76%, so these look to be good purity results at shallow depth drill, we don’t have the thickness in ore bands but this is only the first of many drill results and gives the direction of travel for further drilling perhaps at greater depth where we hope thicker ore bands may be discovered perhaps with similar or better purity as we go deeper.
I’m no geo but having had a look back at MM results I can see why the Widgie team are excited, clearly further drilling and at depth is required, but these would appear to be good initial results at shallow depth, feedback welcomed from others more learned than I, Loop.
