Context is incredibly important. We've done a paper-thin sample at the surface to establish where else to drill (and identify the angle and direction of the resource) - and others with knowledge of Lithium have confirmed - this is a good result if we're only looking at the surface. We still haven't even see what is hiding underneath, and this is early days

We've just read the report highlighting WIN's shallow dig of (in bold on the report) 27 metres @ 1.17%

For context, and sorry for the constant CXO comparison: here's a flashback to 2020 with a CXO announcement showing at best a swathe of 23.6m @ 1.47% (noting they dug 215-295m deep to find it)

Core Lithium Ltd (ASX:CXO) has completed resource drilling at Grants deposit within the wholly-owned Finniss Lithium Project in the Northern Territory with intersections of up to 37 metres of spodumene pegmatite.High-grade lithium assays from the only hole received to date are in line with resource grade and width with results of 17 metres at 1.51% lithium oxide from 295 metres and 6.6 metres at 1.37% from 268.4 metres.The Grants resource is the first spodumene pegmatite deposit Core plans to mine in the development schedule of the Finniss Lithium Project.
