Yes, I concur. I found myself trying to work out how good these numbers were, and assumed that a great number of other people would do the same as well. Putting results into layman's tells would not do any harm whatsoever, instead, we wander along as we look for other indications of positivity.
I know management are not allowed to gild the lily, so to speak, but if they could simplify their summary language, I think we'd all be grateful...
