    It's a tough hold, this one. Like many here I have minimal faith in the management, but there could still be potential in the country held, especially in Alaska so I am reluctant to bail out, especially since I got in cheap.

    I would be happy if someone was showing interest in taking it over but it doesn't seem to be happening. Will probably just sit on it for a couple more Alaskan summers and hope for the best.
