Someone should take a leaf out of TNR's book where it was mentioned a consistent downramper was brought to attention of management who disputed the facts they mentioned, one of whom is a lawyer. The downramping has ceased, and I don't think HC would like to be dragged into litigation and may choose to ban them. Penalties with recent Commonwealth initiative to stamp out this sought of thing which causes loss are now on the table. They do so at their own peril, now. An alias is no protection from defamation under Australian law either. They are easily traced. But to be honest, most traders using this site are pretty shrewd when it comes to detecting manipulation to exacerbate the natural breath in and out of the market. I usually top up when its on.
