Yep it's been a consistent feature for MOD that time lines keep slipping. I think it is just part of doing business in Africa that the people issuing licences operate on African time. And if someone moves jobs, you start from scratch with the new person. The timeline on the DFS has slipped also. At one point point that was going to be done by the end of this year. But the good news is that the Cu under the ground is not going anywhere. And Botswana is a good stable jurisdiction so once the licences are issued, they won't be 'renegotiated'.
