25 mill shares to be issued.
Only thing going for NIS is the fact they churned over 24 mill shares today. So potentially people who participated in the raise have flipped their original holdings as they are getting the new shares at 4.5 cents. In saying that I dont think mgmt or those holders will let the price get to 4.5 cents. I could be wrong, but thats a fair bit of churn, lets see if finishes green tomorrow or continued selling
