This is what we wanted; assays confirming Li with a low lepidolite content. A major drilling program to commence.

Assays received at Mt Ida for IDDD002

• 21.7m @ 2.11% Li2O and 302 ppm Ta2O5 and 0.49% Fe2O3 from 250.7m (drilled by previous operator of the Mt Ida Project La Mancha Resources in 2006).
• Drilling now underway at Mt Ida with initial 25,000m RC and 7,000m Diamond programmes.

Microanalysis Australia has carried out a detailed petrological study on four samples selected from the same batch of samples utilised for the recently reported XRD analysis. Several other minerals including Apatite, and lithium bearing Lepidolite and Petalite were also identified in the samples in minor-rare quantities.
