The HPA Plant was always supplementry to the main Tech business.
It can, and will be (in my opinion) fast tracked as an early stage, 4ktpa., stand alone component of the whole development for around $100Mill with this feed (TBC). Inclusive of all necessary in-ground services etc., Easy to ramp up to whatever the demand is from there?
4N HPA is where the Market demand is at. That may shift to some degree soon? Just the same, nice to have an actual sample of size internationally certified as 5N., as opposed to the Test Tube samples being presented elswhere!
