Hey Drumma, just passing (been a long time), and blow me down, i just read your post.
Knocked the breath out of me.
So sad, BUT don't give up no matter what.

I too copped a dose of cancer, just a naggng wife telling me to see a doctor as things weren't "right".
I have lost half a stomach and my throat, the good half of my stomach is now located in my chest.
The body is covered in operational scars, back, front and side.
But i am through, and have no cancer what so ever, i caught it early.

Kemo, radiation, did what ever they told me.
Five weeks intensive care, four weeks in recovery and about eight months at home doing very little.
I am now back to before the operation, if i don't take off my shirt you would never know.

Drumma you need a a top line doctor, don't mess around go for that topline doctor.
Medical terms are Barrett's (which caused the problem) then Esophagus (OESOPHAGEAL) cancer.
