ASSET: ARG: Argosy Property Limited confirms acquisition of 15 Stout St

Argosy Property Limited is pleased to announce that the documentation of the
acquisition and redevelopment of the 15 Stout St, Wellington property with
the vendor, Maurice Clark has now been completed.  Settlement of the
acquisition will be completed following the final confirmation by the Crown
as tenant of the terms and documentation of the sale.
