ASSET: AUG: Augusta to Syndicate Australian Property

Augusta Capital Ltd is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary
Augusta Funds Management Ltd has entered into an unconditional agreement to
purchase an industrial property located at 373 Sherbrooke Road, Willawong,
Brisbane, Australia. The property is leased to Akzo Nobel Pty Limited, on an
initial term of eight years. Settlement date is scheduled for 1 December
2015. Akzo Nobel Coatings (Holdings) Pty Limited guarantees the lease.

Augusta will offer the property to its investors by way of syndication with
an offer expected to open in mid September 2015.

The purchase price is AU$10.66 million reflecting a purchase yield of 7.14%
before stamp duty. The syndicated offer will seek to raise AU$6.75 million in
investor equity.
