ASSET: AUG: Finance Centre - Due Diligence Condition not satisfied

Augusta Capital Limited refers to the announcement on 13 August 2015
regarding a conditional sale of the Finance Centre.  As noted in that
announcement, the sale was conditional on the purchaser conducting a due
diligence investigation.  The purchaser has now advised that the due
diligence condition has not been satisfied and accordingly the agreement is
cancelled.
