ASSET: AUG: Sale of 7 City Road, Auckland
Augusta Capital Limited is pleased to announce the unconditional sale of 7
City Road, Auckland for $21.55 million net of sale proceeds. This transaction
represents a sale value at some 9.7% above carrying book value.
Augusta is also providing a three year underwrite on the current vacant space
as part of the deal and will remain involved in the management of the
property for a further three years also.
The property is expected to settle on 19 August 2015.
