re: Ann: ASSET: BTU: Amendment to Thermal Coa... Fairly uniumpressed that they need to change therms on a deal that is about a week old. Smells like a deal put together in a rush.
That the market would not support a raising for a thermal coal deal is a complete no brainer. Why would they sign up for a 1 year settlement with no funds on hand.
