ASSET: CVT: Comvita Acquisition of New Zealand Honey Limited - update

Comvita (NZX: CVT) is providing an update to its announcement of 13 June 2014
where we anticipated that the acquisition of New Zealand Honey Limited was to
be completed on 1 July.

Further to our announcements on 22 May 2014 and 13 June 2014, we confirm that
the acquisition of New Zealand Honey Limited has now been completed.

This follows the approval of a special resolution of the shareholders of New
Zealand Honey Producers Co-Operative Limited on 27 June 2014, and settlement
of the transaction today.
