DELEGAT'S GROUP LIMITED COMPLETES THE PURCHASE OF THE ASSETS OF AUSTRALIAN
WINEMAKER BAROSSA VALLEY ESTATE
Delegat's Group Limited completed the purchase of the assets of Australian
Winemaker Barossa Valley Estate Ltd (Receivers and Managers Appointed) on 19
June, for $A24.1million.
Delegat's Group Managing Director Jim Delegat says "The price paid was
slightly lower than previously stated due to final inventory adjustments. We
are now in the final stages of completing a long-term business plan for
Barossa Valley Estate and whilst this acquisition is a long term investment
we believe that BVE will provide an opportunity for substantial future sales
growth in the coming years".
