Would have been nice to have been given more information than what was released in the announcement. Still telling us that most of the assets are being sold. What are the assets being held onto? They would know and be able to tell us this by now. Also is the company buying the assets taking on the debt of the company as well as paying $5mil? If not the price received doesn't seem nearly enough. So I guess what I am getting at is are we left with a debt free company with $5mil in the bank and a few other assets? Or are we going to be left with a company with more debt then assets?
