So around 8% discount to book value for this one asset? The Stapylton asset sale was about three times the size of this one and was at around book value. I guess the 2% average discount they quote is across these two properties. I'm not sure how useful that average is.
Certainly it highlights just how large a discount the market is using compared to NTA!
