Finzsoft settles Sush Global Solutions acquisition
AUCKLAND, NZ 1 September 2014 - Further to the announcement on 13 August,
Finzsoft Solutions Limited (NZX:FIN) is pleased to announce that the
acquisition of 100% of the shares in Sush Global Solutions Limited (trading
as 'Sush Mobile') has now been declared unconditional, and settled on Friday
29 August.
Finzsoft Solutions Limited has strengthened its next generation solution
offering with the acquisition, which will provide a diversified income stream
for Finzsoft along with access to comprehensive in-house enterprise mobility
solutions, says Finzsoft Managing Director Andrew Holliday.
"Finzsoft is very pleased to reach settlement on this strategic acquisition,
that will give us a competitive, innovative edge, resulting in a positive
material impact both on revenue and bottom-line," says Mr Holliday.
