ASSET: GMT: GMT Asset Sales Now Unconditional
Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of Goodman Property Trust, is pleased to
advise that the conditional sales announced on 11 November 2015 are now
unconditional.
The Junction Units, Move Logistics and DHL facilities at Glassworks Industry
Park in Christchurch, have been sold to a local investor for $38.9 million.
John Dakin, Chief Executive Officer of Goodman (NZ) Limited, said "The Trust
is recycling capital from asset disposals into its value adding development
programme. We have announced $72.6 million of new development projects
already this financial year with a corresponding $83.3 million of asset
sales."
The sale is expected to settle on 17 December 2015.
