Pachino - it is an asset writedown for the books, the Board advises that the impairment change will have no cash flow consequences. When Swarbick gets the new deals across the line it will be very good for CES. Hope you didnt sell because you misunderstood the announcement. WE still get our payment but the upside is "written down" but this is about the new plays.
Going higher IMO.
