i tend to agree with you here. Do we know how they are funding the business over the past few months given they were basically out of money last quarter?

if the deals can get across the line, regardless of the fact there is huge dilution, something of something is better than something of nothing.

What is the next step for CES? Is there an AGM or other meeting to approve the purchase of the mines? Any idea when this is due to happen?
