Further to Intueri Education Group's (IQE) announcement of 4 December 2014,
Intueri is pleased to announce that it has today completed the acquisition of
Academy Group (N.Z.) Limited. Therefore, Academy Group (N.Z.) Limited has
today become a subsidiary of Intueri.
