IQE - Intueri completes consolidation of Online Courses Australia Group Pty
Limited.
Further to Intueri Education Group's (IQE) announcement on 17 December 2014,
Intueri is pleased to announce that it has today completed the purchase of
the remaining 50% of Online Courses Australia Group Pty Limited (OCA).
Therefore, OCA is a 100% subsidiary of Intueri effective 7 January 2015.
