SALE OF AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS UNCONDITIONAL
On 13 April 2015, Just Water announced that it had entered into an agreement
for sale and purchase under which it had agreed to sell Just Water group's
Australian business to Waterlogic Australia Holdings Pty Ltd for a price of
A$11 million.
Just Water advises that the agreement for the sale and purchase of Just Water
group's Australian business is now unconditional. Settlement is expected to
occur during the course of today.
Just Water will provide a further announcement once settlement has been
completed.
