ASSET: JWI: Shareholders Vote In Favour of Sale of Australian Business

SHAREHOLDERS VOTE IN FAVOUR OF SALE OF AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS
At the special meeting of shareholders today, shareholders of Just Water
International Limited voted in favour of the sale of Just Water group's
Australian business.
76.68% of the shares on issue in Just Water were voted on the resolution,
100% voted in favour of the resolution. The total number of votes cast on
the resolution by proxy and poll were as follows:

The Board is pleased to advise that this satisfies one of the conditions
precedent to the agreement for the sale and purchase of Just Water group's
Australian business. The remaining conditions precedent are expected to be
satisfied during the next 24 hours, with settlement expected to occur on 1
May 2015.
