Kirkcaldie & Stains receives the final instalment from the sale of the
Harbour City Centre

The directors of Kirkcaldie & Stains Limited (the 'Company') refer to the
sale of the Harbour City Centre buildings which settled on 7 October 2014.

The Company advises that today the purchaser of the Harbour City Centre
buildings has paid $4.75 million to Kirkcaldie & Stains Properties Limited
(wholly owned subsidiary of the Company)  being the final instalment of the
sale price which was due one year from the settlement of the sale.  The
second mortgage registered over the Harbour City Centre buildings in favour
of Kirkcaldie & Stains Properties Limited has been discharged.

The Company also advises that it will release its full year results on 30
October 2015.
