ASSET: KRK: Market Announcement - Sale of Harbour City Centre Building
The Directors of Kirkcaldie & Stains Limited (the "Company") announce that
its wholly owned subsidiary, Kirkcaldie & Stains Properties Limited, entered
into a conditional sale and purchase agreement for the sale of the Harbour
City Centre building (the "Property").
The agreement is conditional on the purchaser carrying out a due diligence
investigation of the Property, the Company's Board of Directors approving the
transaction, and the Company's shareholders approving the proposed sale.
The due diligence condition is expected to be satisfied by 14 November 2012
with Board approval required within 5 workings days of satisfaction of the
due diligence condition, and shareholder approval within 30 working days from
Board approval.
Full details of the transaction will be released following completion of due
diligence and Board approval, but in the meantime they remain subject to
mutual obligations of confidentiality between the parties.
The Company's full year result will be announced on Tuesday 30 October 2012.
